Yesterday, I was so busy with my advisory in doing the activities of this year's Nutrition Month Celebration. Good thing there was no class last Wednesday, I brought the ingredients for the buko salad early on. So came Thursday, I guided my students in preparing the cooking area at the back of the Science Lab. I saw many of them showcasing their talent in cooking.
Back to the room, I helped some of them arrange the table. I advised my students to bring some fruits for the table presentation.Then by 11 am, the table was ready for the presentation. Too bad, before the judges came in, we were already starting to eat because it was already past 12. Anyway, the food was so good and my students shared some for the teachers.
At 1 pm, they headed to the other campus for the nutrijingle competition. I saw them and I thought they gave their best. Though they only managed to be at the 5th rank, I still commended them for their presentable rendition of the nutrijingle.
